 * As we move to more variable solar (and a bit of wind) storage will not keep up.
 * The solution is demand side management using variable price, send a data stream on the power line with price changing on a minute by minute basis.
 * Every minute you get 1. Current price e.g. $0.02111/kWh, 2. estimate price in next 5min, 3. estimated price in next 30min
 * There should also be a way for homeowners to supply power from batteries if the price is right, with some incentive to make it less variable
   * Less Variable supply.
     * 1st Min x1 kW free.
     * 2nd Min only paid for up to 1stMin x1 kW, if more than 1st everything more than 10% increase kW (x2-x1*1.1) free, if less than kW free if not in 10% of 1st min
     * and so on always looking at previous minute
     * Incentivise to slow ramp, e.g. 500W/1stmin-free, 550W/2ndmin - full pay, etc, and when price falls, slow wramp down 1kW/t+0min, 900w/t+1min, 810w/t+2min.
