- Pick in bucket 🪣
- Wash and submerge under fresh water every day for 3days
- Place in brine, water + salt 10:1, use plate to keep submerged 3months
- Taste to check if bitterness gone
- Finally jar in ratio of 2:5:20, salt:vinegar:water
